Sales closer (warm inbound calls) for AI platform serving coaches and healers

We are an all-in-one platform built for coaches, healers, and transformational practitioners. We give them everything they need to run and grow their business in one place: scheduling, courses, communities, websites, lead generation, and a marketplace where new clients find them. We are mission-driven, warm, and consultative. Our buyers are heart-centered people, so how you sell matters as much as what you sell. The role: We have more qualified sales calls than our team can handle, and we are looking for a closer to take warm inbound calls and convert them into paying members. These are not cold calls. Prospects book a 30-minute call with us already interested. Your job is to understand their business, show them how Cohere fits, and help them decide with confidence. What you will do: - Take pre-booked 30-minute sales calls (warm inbound, no cold calling) - Listen first, sell second. Understand the practitioner's goals and tailor the conversation - Present our plans clearly and handle questions and objections with care - Close deals and guide new members through signup - Keep clean notes and follow up with prospects who need time - Hit a target of roughly 25 hours per week on calls and call-related work Who you are: - Fluent, natural English with a warm, calm, professional phone presence - 2+ years in sales, ideally consultative or high-touch (not aggressive boiler-room style) - Comfortable on video calls and screen sharing - Coachable. We will train you on our exact call flow and objection handling using real recordings - Bonus: experience selling SaaS, coaching, or to the coaching/wellness/online business space - Reliable internet, quiet space, and a good headset Compensation: - $8 USD per hour base, 25 hours per week - Plus 15% commission on every deal you close - Realistic earnings well above base once you are ramped, with strong closers earning the most Hours: - Part-time, ~25 hours per week - Some overlap with US business hours required for live calls (we will confirm your timezone fit) To apply: Please include a short note telling us about a time you sold something to someone who started out unsure, and how you handled it.
