Scope of Work – LinkedIn Outreach Executive About Infilysis Website: https://infilysis.ca 100K Career Growth Program: https://infilysis.ca/grow-beyond-six-figures/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/infilysis LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/infilysis/ Who We Are Infilysis is a Canadian career coaching company dedicated to helping immigrants and professionals build successful long-term careers in Canada. Unlike traditional resume-writing or job placement services, our focus is on career strategy, profile positioning, skills development, interview preparation, networking, and long-term career progression. We work closely with professionals to help them move into better opportunities and achieve sustainable career growth in the Canadian job market. Over the years, we have helped professionals across industries such as Construction, Engineering, Finance, Banking, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Project Management secure professional opportunities and advance their careers. About the 100K Career Growth Program The primary focus of this outreach campaign is our 100K Career Growth Program for experienced construction professionals. This program is designed for professionals who already have Canadian construction experience and want to accelerate their careers toward higher-paying opportunities. Through a personalized Strategy Discussion, we help professionals: • Understand their current career position. • Explore realistic pathways toward $100K+ roles. • Identify higher-paying job titles and specializations. • Learn about industry demand and career opportunities. • Develop a long-term career growth strategy based on their background and goals. This is a strategic career discussion and is different from a resume review or interview preparation session. Before Starting This Role The Outreach Executive is expected to review and become familiar with the following before beginning outreach activities: • Infilysis Website • 100K Career Growth Program page • Instagram page • LinkedIn company page • Recent success stories and client testimonials • Existing messaging templates and outreach process • Approved communication guidelines Understanding our services, target audience, and communication style is essential before engaging with potential prospects on behalf of Infilysis. SOW: Infilysis Inc. – Construction Career Growth Beyond $100K 1. Purpose of the Role The LinkedIn Outreach Executive will identify, connect with, qualify, and engage construction professionals in Canada who may be ready to move toward higher-paying roles. The purpose is not to sell coaching immediately, but to start meaningful conversations with professionals who have already entered the Canadian construction industry and are looking to accelerate their career toward a six-figure income. The primary objective is to book qualified professionals for: Free Strategy Discussion: Growing Your Career Beyond $100K in Canada This is not a resume review, interview-preparation session, or general coaching call. It is a career strategy discussion for experienced professionals who want to understand realistic pathways toward $100K+ roles in Canada. The outreach executive must focus on qualified professionals and avoid sending the booking link to students, recent graduates, entry-level job seekers, or candidates who have not yet established their careers in Canada. ________________________________________ 2. Dedicated LinkedIn Account The outreach work must be completed through a dedicated LinkedIn account created specifically for this project. The following conditions apply: • The account email address and password must be shared with Infilysis. • Infilysis must maintain full access to monitor outreach activities, conversations, and performance. • The password must not be changed without written approval from Infilysis. • No third party may access or operate the account without approval. • Two-factor authentication and account recovery information must be coordinated with Infilysis. • All conversations, connection requests, follow-ups, and booking activities must remain visible to Infilysis. • LinkedIn rules, limits, and professional communication standards must be followed at all times. • No automation, scraping, mass-spamming, misleading activity, or unauthorized software may be used. ________________________________________ 3. Primary Outreach Objective The outreach executive must: 1. Find relevant construction professionals in Canada. 2. Review their LinkedIn profiles. 3. Confirm that they appear to meet the basic eligibility criteria. 4. Send a personalized connection request. 5. Start a natural career-growth conversation after they accept. 6. Ask simple qualification questions. 7. Introduce the $100K Strategy Discussion when appropriate. 8. Encourage qualified prospects to book the free strategy call. 9. Track every stage of the outreach process in Excel. 10. Follow up professionally with prospects who do not respond immediately. The purpose is not to make aggressive sales pitches or promise a specific salary. The purpose is to help suitable professionals explore realistic career-growth opportunities. ________________________________________ 4. Target Audience The current campaign is exclusively focused on professionals working in: • Construction • Infrastructure • General contracting • Civil construction • Industrial construction • Commercial construction • Residential construction • High-rise construction • Mechanical and electrical construction • Building materials • Construction consulting • Cost consulting • Construction-related technical sales The ideal prospect is an immigrant professional who has already developed Canadian work experience in the construction field and now wants to move toward better-paying roles. ________________________________________ 5. Immigration and Work-Status Eligibility The preferred target audience includes: • Canadian permanent residents • Canadian citizens • Professionals who have received a permanent residence invitation • Work permit holders who have a clear and advanced permanent residence pathway • Immigrant professionals who are settled in Canada and can realistically pursue long-term career growth The following individuals are not the target audience for this campaign: • International students • Current full-time students • Recent graduates with no Canadian professional experience • Candidates looking for their first Canadian job • Candidates targeting survival jobs • Candidates with less than one year of relevant Canadian experience • Individuals who do not have a realistic long-term ability to work in Canada • Candidates mainly seeking immigration advice • Candidates looking only for resume review services Immigration status should not be assumed from a person’s name, photograph, race, ethnicity, nationality, or surname. It should be confirmed respectfully during the conversation when relevant. ________________________________________ 6. Professional Experience Requirements The minimum eligibility requirement for the strategy discussion is: • At least one year of legitimate Canadian professional experience in the construction industry, within one of the eligible construction-related job titles. The preferred profile is: • Two to three years of Canadian construction experience • Three to five years of total professional experience • Currently working in an eligible construction-related role • Already earning approximately $50,000 to $80,000 • Interested in progressing toward $100K+ opportunities • Ready to consider a promotion, specialization, senior role, or strategic career move Experience in survival jobs or unrelated industries does not count toward eligibility. This includes roles in restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, retail stores, warehouses, security services, delivery services, or unrelated management positions. The Canadian experience must be directly related to the construction industry and should be verifiable through legitimate employment records, such as pay stubs, employment letters, job responsibilities, or other supporting documents. Candidates with more experience may also be suitable when their current construction role, salary, or career progression remains below their potential. ________________________________________ 7. How to Identify Immigrant Professionals Appropriately The outreach executive must not use race, ethnicity, religion, photographs, or surnames as the primary method of identifying prospects. Instead, use career-related and publicly available professional indicators such as: • International education followed by Canadian employment • Previous work experience outside Canada • A career transition from another country into Canada • Canadian colleges, universities, bridging programs, or professional certifications • LinkedIn profile descriptions mentioning “newcomer,” “immigrant professional,” or “internationally trained” • Career histories showing foreign experience followed by Canadian construction experience • Professionals who have progressed from an initial Canadian role into a construction career The focus must remain on professional suitability, not ethnic identity. ________________________________________ 8. Candidate Profile Review Checklist Before sending a connection request, review the profile and verify whether the person appears to meet most of the following criteria: • Currently located in Canada • Working in the construction or infrastructure industry • Has at least one year of Canadian professional experience • Has approximately three to five years of total experience • Currently employed in a relevant professional role • Not currently a full-time student • Not searching only for an entry-level position • Has career progression potential • Is likely earning below or around the $100K level • Could reasonably move into a senior, specialized, managerial, commercial, technical, or project-controls role • Has a complete and credible LinkedIn profile • Appears professionally active or responsive on LinkedIn The outreach executive is not expected to perform a technical assessment. The objective is to determine whether the person broadly fits the target audience. ________________________________________ 13. Initial Connection Request Approach The connection request must be short, professional, and personalized. It should not immediately make a strong sales pitch. Example: Hi [Name], I came across your profile and noticed your experience in the Canadian construction industry. We regularly connect with construction professionals who are exploring their next career step and long-term salary growth. I would be happy to connect. Another example: Hi [Name], your construction experience caught my attention, especially your work in [estimating/project coordination/site operations]. We are connecting with professionals across Canada who are planning their next career-growth move. It would be great to connect. ________________________________________ 14. Conversation and Qualification Questions After the person accepts the request, begin with a natural conversation. Do not send all questions at once. Ask one or two questions at a time based on the conversation. Suitable questions include: • How long have you been working in the Canadian construction industry? • What type of construction projects are you currently supporting? • What is your current role? • How has your career progression been in Canada so far? • What type of role would you like to move into next? • Are you looking for a promotion or considering an external career move? • Have you started thinking about your path toward a six-figure role? • Do you feel your current role has enough salary-growth potential? • Are you more interested in project management, estimating, project controls, site operations, or construction sales? • What is the biggest challenge stopping you from moving to the next level? • Do you currently have permanent residence, citizenship, or an active permanent residence pathway? • Are you planning to stay and build your long-term career in Canada? Questions about immigration status should be asked respectfully and only when needed to confirm eligibility. ________________________________________ 15. Free Resume Review booking link: https://calendly.com/coach-infilysis/30min 100K Strategy information: https://infilysis.ca/grow-beyond-six-figures/ ________________________________________ 17. How to Introduce the Strategy Call The call should be introduced only after the person shows interest or appears qualified. Example: Based on what you shared, you may be suitable for our free career strategy discussion for professionals who want to grow beyond $100K in Canada. It is not a resume review or coaching session. The coach reviews your current career position, discusses potential higher-paying roles in your field, and explores what your next realistic career move could be. Another example: You already have Canadian construction experience, so your situation is different from someone looking for their first job. The next step may be identifying the right specialization, senior title, or career path that can take you toward a six-figure role.
