Job Title: SDR/BDR — Commission-Only | AI-Powered Lead Revitalisation Agency (Construction Industry) About LeadRevive LeadRevive is an AI-powered lead revitalisation agency specialising in the construction industry. We help construction companies unlock revenue from their dormant lead databases — contacts that haven't been touched in 6-12 months — using a proprietary AI outreach system that qualifies leads, sends personalised email and SMS sequences, and hands off hot prospects to our clients' sales teams. Our model is simple: we take an upfront fee plus a percentage of the deal value we bring in. That means we only win when our clients win. We're early stage, moving fast, and looking for hungry sales reps to help us sign our first wave of clients. The Role We're looking for experienced SDRs/BDRs to prospect and sign construction companies onto the LeadRevive platform. This is a pure outbound sales role — you'll be identifying construction businesses with large lead databases and convincing them to let us revive their pipeline. This is commission-only with uncapped earning potential. Given that our clients are construction companies closing $10K-$100K+ projects, deal sizes are significant and commissions reflect that.
