Shopify Ecommerce P&L Analyst / Bookkeeper

We are a growing Shopify ecommerce company looking for a detail-oriented P&L analyst to maintain our daily profit and loss reporting. This is an ongoing position. We are looking for someone who can update our financial dashboard daily and provide accurate reporting on store performance. Responsibilities - Update our daily P&L spreadsheet - Pull revenue data from Shopify - Pull ad spend data from Meta Ads Manager - Pull ad spend data from TikTok Ads Manager - Track product costs and cost of goods sold - Track Stripe and payment processor fees - Track refunds and chargebacks - Track app/software expenses - Calculate daily, weekly, and monthly profit - Verify numbers are accurate and report discrepancies - Maintain organized financial records Requirements - Experience with Shopify - Experience with Meta Ads Manager - Experience with TikTok Ads Manager - Strong Google Sheets skills - Experience maintaining ecommerce P&L statements - Strong attention to detail - Fluent written English - Ability to work independently Nice to Have - Ecommerce bookkeeping experience - QuickBooks experience - Experience working with dropshipping or ecommerce brands - Understanding of contribution margin and net profit calculations Deliverables Each day you will provide: - Revenue - Ad Spend - Product Costs - Payment Processor Fees - Refunds/Chargebacks - App Costs - Daily Profit/Loss - Monthly Profit/Loss You will update our existing Google Sheets P&L dashboard and ensure all numbers are accurate.
