Summary We are a fast-growing gov-tech SaaS company looking for a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR). Up to this point I (the Founder) have managed all our sales outreach, so you will get the opportunity to help build the prospecting / cold outreach motion at our company! Responsibilities Your responsibilities will primarily consist of cold calling potential customers (fire departments) with the goal of scheduling meetings for me (company Founder) to demo our software. You can expect to be making ~80-100+ cold calls per day and building ongoing relationships with key personnel at fire departments around the country. Job Pre-Requisites & Ideal Characteristics • You’re a consistent and dependable person who will deliver week in and week out • You’re eager to learn about our product deeply so you can explain it to customers • You get excited to identify and solve customer pain points • You’re persistent and comfortable pushing back if you’re told no the first time • You have previous sales experience (strong plus)
