Summary

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships and Sponsorship Sales Representative to help develop brand partnerships, sponsorships, and in-kind support for a growing portfolio of live events across Oregon and Washington. We produce festivals, community events, haunted attractions, holiday experiences, and large-scale public events throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for someone who can identify, pitch, and close sponsors, media partners, vendor partners, and in-kind support opportunities that align with each event’s audience, brand, and revenue goals. This role is ideal for someone with existing relationships in Oregon and Washington, especially within live events, sports, entertainment, tourism, hospitality, beverage, food, retail, media, and community partnerships. Responsibilities: - Identify and develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities for multiple live events - Build targeted prospect lists by event, category, and market - Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and warm introductions - Pitch sponsorship packages to regional and national brands - Secure cash sponsorships, media partnerships, product trade, and in-kind support - Assist with sponsorship proposals, decks, recaps, and custom packages - Track outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and deal stages in a CRM or shared tracker - Coordinate with our team on sponsor benefits, deliverables, deadlines, and fulfillment - Help develop long-term partnership pipelines across multiple annual events Required Experience: - Proven experience selling sponsorships, partnerships, or advertising - Strong connections in Oregon and/or Washington - Experience in live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, venues, or community events - Comfortable with cold outreach, warm outreach, follow-up, and closing - Ability to create and present professional sponsorship proposals - Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple prospects at once - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter who can work independently and move quickly Preferred Background: - Experience selling sponsorships for sports teams, festivals, concerts, nonprofit events, chambers, tourism organizations, or large public events - Existing relationships with brands, agencies, media companies, beverage companies, restaurants, retailers, and regional businesses - Familiarity with HubSpot,, Asana, Google Sheets, or similar tools - Ability to help shape sponsorship strategy, not just execute outreach Events may include: - Festivals - Haunted attractions - Holiday events - Food and beverage events - Community celebrations - Outdoor public events - Experiential brand activations Compensation: Open to hourly, commission-based, or hybrid compensation depending on experience and existing relationships.
