Talent Scout & Cold Outreach Specialist (Influencer Lead Generation)

We are a growing talent management agency looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Talent Scout & Outreach Specialist to help us identify and connect with high-quality digital creators. This is a part-time position requiring a consistent commitment of 10 hours per week. We are seeking a professional who excels at systematic research, lead verification, and precise email outreach. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential talent. Your job is to find creators who fit our specific criteria, verify that they are completely unmanaged, and initiate contact using our proven email templates. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Evaluation: Scour social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to find influencers who meet our specific niche, engagement, and aesthetic criteria. Vetting: Carefully review profiles to ensure creators do not currently have management representation. Outreach: Send personalized outreach emails using a company-provided email account and template. Hand-off: Monitor responses. When a creator expresses interest in representation, seamlessly loop in the Agency Director via email to take over the conversation. Requirements: Proven experience in online research, lead generation, or cold email outreach. Deep familiarity with the social media landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Flawless written English and a professional, polite communication style. Exceptional attention to detail (no copy-pasting errors or wrong names). Highly organized and able to manage a simple daily tracker (Google Sheets). Ability to consistently commit to 10 hours per week. What We Provide: Clear, step-by-step evaluation criteria.
