Thai Growth & Community Lead for a Private Dating Club

I am building an early-stage private dating and social club for people living in Thailand. This is not a mass-market project. The goal is not to attract thousands of users as quickly as possible. The platform needs steady, balanced growth with genuine and active members. I am looking for a Thai national who can help grow the platform locally and turn practical ideas into action. This is not only a social media role. I need someone who understands the Thai market, can speak naturally with potential members and partners, identify useful opportunities, and carry small growth experiments through from start to finish. What I need help with: * Finding practical and affordable ways to attract Thai women and foreign men living in Thailand * Identifying local partnerships, creators, communities, venues, and other useful channels * Testing online and offline growth ideas * Helping recruit and coordinate local promoters when relevant * Supporting natural Thai-language communication * Reporting clearly on what was tried, what happened, and what should happen next How we will work: Think. Test. Learn. Adjust. If you have a practical idea, bring it forward. We can test it on a small scale, measure the result, and decide whether to continue, improve, or stop. I do not need long strategy documents or presentations. I need clear thinking, practical execution, and honest feedback. The club’s core values must remain intact, especially privacy, trust, respect, and balanced growth. Within those boundaries, I am open to testing different approaches. The right person should be: * A Thai national currently living in Thailand * Fluent in Thai with good working English * Proactive and able to work independently * Comfortable speaking with both Thai people and foreigners * Practical and conscious of a limited budget * Able to move from idea to execution * Interested in helping build something at an early stage Experience in growth, business development, recruitment, community building, partnerships, events, hospitality, nightlife, property, or creator management would be useful. The initial goal is modest: build a small but active member base, discover which channels work, and grow step by step. We will begin with a paid trial project.
