TikTok Fitness Creator Sourcing Assistant - Paid Per Qualified Leads

I am looking for a detail-oriented assistant to manually find qualified TikTok fitness creators for a fitness app. This is sourcing only. You will not message creators, comment on posts, or use any of my account credentials. You will create a new TikTok account only for finding creators and will organize qualified leads in a Google Sheet. You will search TikTok using fitness, gym, muscle-building, bodybuilding, high-protein, clean-eating, whole-foods, and meal-prep hashtags. A qualified creator should generally have: - 30,000+ followers - Strong recent TikTok views, ideally 100,000+ average views on relevant recent videos - Real engagement, ideally 1,000+ likes and 50+ comments on relevant videos - Posted within the past 14 days - English-speaking content, captions, or audience - Fitness, gym, muscle-building, bodybuilding, high-protein, clean-eating, or meal-prep content - No obvious fake engagement, bots, repost-only content, or brand/spam pages Payment is per qualified leads submitted: - $5 per 50 qualified leads - Leads are reviewed before payment - Duplicates or accounts that do not match the criteria do not count Please apply with: 1. Your experience finding TikTok creators or influencer leads. 2. How you would check whether a creator has real engagement. 3. Confirmation that you are comfortable being paid per qualified lead batch, not hourly. We will start with a paid test batch of 50 qualified leads. If quality is strong, this can become ongoing work.
