Updating old Windows PC game for publisher

Summary

We have two Windows PC games that were launched some while ago (2004 and 2009) and need to be updated to run on current computers. Accessing source code may be an issue, so we are seeking expertise in using a technique (wrappers?) that will enable and older game to run on newer computers. Anyone able to do this work for us has a good chance of being hired by us on a longer term basis.
