Urgent VA with Social Media Skills for Christian Client | Facebook/Instagram /TikTok/YouTube We are an ad agency. We have a client with a Christian website, and we are looking for someone to help with thi. We are seeking a virtual assistant to manage and create the social media presence for brands and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing and leveraging social media to drive sales. This is a part-time role with a focus on immediate availability. However, we are an ad agency with ongoing work. We are expanding our team. We are an ad agency that oversees the many website and marketing campaigns. We are seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant who possesses strong technical skills to assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic website coding skills to help with minor updates and maintenance. If you are detail-oriented and tech-savvy, we would love to hear from you! In order to demonstrate your attention to detail, please answer the following questions: 1. On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your skill level with the following: a. Creating written social media posts, B. Creating social media graphics, C. Developing social media video scripts, D. Creating social media videos (not required), E. Other social media assets - please describe. 2. On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your skill level with the following social media channels: A. Facebook, B. Instagram, C. TikTok, D. YouTube, E. LinkedIn 2A. How large is the largest social media presence that you grew from zero in terms of followers/reach and what is the largest social media presence you have worked on? Please describe. 2B. Have you done any social ministry for any Christian ministries or Christian brands? Or, do you have any experience that would help you do this? 3A. Please describe how you measure (what metrics) and how you report on social media results. 3B. Please describe your approach to social media and how you leverage social media to gain sales (funnels, etc.). 3C. Where do you leverage AI in social media? 4. We work during U.S. hours we need someone to help us from 11:00 AM EST to 1:00 PM EST Monday to Friday (10 hours per week). This is a time requirement. Please confirm your availability to work during U.S. hours at this time daily. 5. The pay rate is $50 per week. Please confirm the number of hours that you will work for $50 per week.
