Vendor Registration & Onboarding Specialist

We are a US-based chemical supplier with inventory in Chicago. We are looking for a hands-on Procurement, Vendor Registration & RFQ/RFP Specialist to help us register our company on public and commercial procurement/vendor portals and identify relevant bid/RFQ opportunities. Our product categories include food ingredients, ascorbic acid, glycols, heat transfer fluids, water treatment chemicals, janitorial/sanitation chemicals, and industrial chemicals. Scope of work: 1. Review or assist with SAM.gov / UEI / CAGE / NAICS / PSC setup. 2. Identify relevant public and commercial procurement portals. 3. Register our company on federal, state, municipal, school district, university, hospital, water utility, and corporate supplier portals. 4. Work with platforms such as BidNet, Bonfire, DemandStar, PlanetBids, OpenGov, IonWave, Coupa, Ariba / SAP Business Network, Jaggaer, Oracle Supplier Network, and similar portals. 5. Build and maintain a tracker with portal links, login/status, required documents, buyer contacts, deadlines, and relevant RFQ/RFP/bid opportunities. 6. Identify relevant bid/RFQ opportunities for our product categories. 7. Support simple RFQ/bid submissions if we provide pricing and product documents. Deliverables for the first 30 days: * 50+ relevant procurement/vendor portals identified * 25–40 vendor registrations completed * recommended NAICS/PSC/category codes * document checklist for future submissions * tracker with portal status, buyer contacts, deadlines, and opportunities * 30+ relevant RFQ/RFP/bid opportunities identified * 3–5 simple RFQ/bid submissions, if suitable opportunities are available Experience required: * vendor registration / supplier onboarding * SAM.gov or public procurement experience * RFP/RFQ research * experience with procurement portals * ability to communicate with buyers/procurement departments * experience with industrial supplies, chemicals, food ingredients, water treatment, janitorial, or sanitation products is a plus Please answer: 1.
