Bid Manager / Proposal Writer (basic arabic preferred)

Key Responsibilities Register the company as a supplier with prospective customers and partners. Complete vendor registration forms and supplier onboarding documentation. Manage registrations on customer procurement platforms including SAP Ariba, Oracle SupplierPortal, Coupa, and similar systems. Maintain company profiles, certifications, tax documents, banking information, and compliancerecords. Follow up with procurement teams regarding registration status and approvals. Track registration opportunities and renewal requirements. Support the sales team by maintaining CRM records and updating customer information. Send and follow up on introductory sales emails. Coordinate internally to collect required documents and approvals. Maintain a database of customer portals, credentials, and registration status. Assist with tender registrations and prequalification processes where required.
