This is a remote contract position for professionals living in Asia, Europe or the United Kingdom. About the Role You will be responsible for promoting ACIT & IFTV's education programs, recruiting domestic and international students, developing education partnerships, and supporting business development initiatives across your assigned region. You will be required to present : 1. Face to face - You must be confidant to discuss opportunities on zoom or at expo. 2. Travel to conventions as required; 3. Available to work Asia, Australia or UK time zone. ( three positions) 4. Have your own lap top computer or personal computer 5. Assist Directors of international business in sales 6. You have excellent dress sense and professional attitude 7. You have a private work space ( not your bedroom that is shared with anyone), where you can work with excellent noice control Other : You will work closely with prospective students, parents, education agents, schools, universities and corporate organisations, guiding enquiries through to enrolment while representing ACIT & IFTV with professionalism and integrity. This role combines education sales, student recruitment, business development and marketing. Key Responsibilities • Promote ACIT & IFTV education programs to prospective students and education partners. • Conduct professional student consultations via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, telephone and email. • Convert enquiries into student enrolments through consultative sales. • Build relationships with education agents, schools, universities, migration professionals and corporate organisations. • Identify new student recruitment and partnership opportunities. • Represent ACIT & IFTV at education exhibitions, career fairs, corporate events, networking functions and webinars. • Deliver online presentations and information sessions. • Follow up leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. • Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment reports. • Work collaboratively with the Australian Admissions, Marketing and Executive teams. • Achieve agreed monthly recruitment and sales KPIs. Essential Requirements Applicants must have: • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, or Digital Marketing (it must be recent degree in digital media), or a closely related discipline. • Proven experience in education sales, student recruitment, consultative sales or business development. • Experience promoting Australian RTO, CRICOS, VET or Higher Education programs is highly desirable. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience conducting professional consultations via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. • Experience attending education expos, corporate events, recruitment fairs and networking functions. • Ability to explain technical education programs and career pathways to prospective students. • Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while achieving KPIs. • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office. Preferred Experience Candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded: • International student recruitment. • Australian education sector (RTO, CRICOS, VET or Higher Education). • Education agent management. • Digital marketing and lead generation. • Webinar presentations. • Corporate business development. • Social media marketing. • Existing relationships with education agents, schools or corporate organisations. • Additional language skills relevant to your region.
