Website Scrapping for Emails to be used for Email Marketing

Summary

We are a continuing legal education company looking to obtain attorney emails across the company. I have probably 20 online directories and hope to get a handful more. We need these websites scrapped for the attorney's name and email at the very least, but bar numbers and other provided information can be included as well. We try to do this 1x a year so this could be a project we continue and would love to have a contractor in our back pocket to help when needed for scraping. I am looking for a seasoned individual with good communication skills.
