Wholesale Real Estate Operations Owner — Build the Team & System

NIKSI is hiring one proven player-coach to take full ownership of our U.S. real estate wholesale business. This is NOT for a beginner, general VA, cold caller only, or anyone who waits for daily instructions. Apply only if you have already produced real wholesale results and can build and lead a team. Your mission: build a repeatable machine that runs without constant founder involvement and produces signed contracts, sold assignments, and funded closings. You will own: • Lead generation and follow-up through acquisitions, dispositions, title, and funded closing • Personally closing deals while recruiting, training, coaching, and replacing team members • Scripts, SOPs, CRM stages, automations, call reviews, buyer-list growth, and quality control • ARV/repairs, MAO, offers, contracts, buyer qualification, negotiation, assignments, and title coordination • Daily scorecards and weekly forecasts for contacts, offers, contracts, days-to-dispo, assignment fees, and funded revenue • Finding bottlenecks and fixing them without waiting for us Minimum proof: • 3+ years in U.S. real estate wholesale operations • Specific deals and revenue you personally helped close • A remote acquisitions/dispositions team you built or managed • Strong English, judgment, urgency, and written reporting • Ability to work substantial U.S. business-hour overlap Pay: $5–$15/hour based on proven experience, plus bonuses, raises, and meaningful rewards for sustained results. 30+ hours/week.
