Zoho CRM Implementation – Medical Tourism Company (Zoho One, 5 Users)

We are Astramedica, a medical tourism company based in the US that facilitates treatment for American patients seeking procedures in Turkey (plastic surgery, dental, IVF, and similar). We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM consultant to implement and configure Zoho One for our team of 5 users. We have an in-house technical resource (familiar with CRM tools, automation, and API integrations) who will assist throughout the project and take over ongoing maintenance after go-live. We are NOT looking for a full end-to-end agency engagement — we need a hands-on consultant who can configure the system, guide our internal resource, and deliver a working setup. — Priority modules — 1. Operations Management Module Custom module to track the patient journey end-to-end: partner clinic / hospital, medical evaluation results, flight & hotel, appointment dates, procedure details, interpreter needs, prepayment status, and special notes. 2. Google Ads Integration Full integration between Google Ads and Zoho CRM to track leads from click to close. Conversion data should feed back to Google via Conversion API. 3. Facebook Lead Ads Integration Facebook Lead Ads forms to automatically push leads into Zoho CRM as new records, with assignment rules based on lead criteria. 4. Zoho Campaigns Setup Basic configuration of Zoho Campaigns: domain/SPF verification, CRM sync (bidirectional), and foundational setup for email marketing flows. — What we expect from you — - Configure the above modules and integrations within Zoho One - Document what you build so our internal resource can maintain it - Communicate clearly and respond within 24 hours - Deliver within 3–4 weeks from kickoff Please share your relevant Zoho experience, examples of similar projects (especially in healthcare or medical tourism), your proposed approach, and your fixed-price or hourly quote for this scope. Google Ads Entegrasyonu Google Ads ile Zoho CRM arasında tam entegrasyon; reklamdan satışa kadarki sürecin takibi. Dönüşüm verisinin Conversion API üzerinden Google'a iletilmesi. 3. Facebook Lead Ads Entegrasyonu Facebook Lead Ads formlarından gelen başvuruların Zoho CRM'e otomatik olarak lead kaydı olarak aktarılması ve atama kurallarının kurulması. 4.
