Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Specialist to lead and execute advanced eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, deep technical expertise, and the ability to strategize, implement, and manage complex eCommerce projects. This role will focus on driving the platform's technical excellence, supporting business goals, and mentoring junior team members. - Architect and design end-to-end eCommerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions. - Establish and maintain technical best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance protocols. - Lead the development and customization of SFCC features, including ISML templates, scripts, and cartridges. - Optimize site performance, scalability, and user experience for high-traffic environments. - Implement advanced configurations and manage Business Manager settings for catalogs, promotions, and campaigns. - Oversee integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, and other third-party systems to streamline operations. - Leverage APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) to build robust integrations. - Evaluate and implement innovative technologies to enhance eCommerce capabilities. - Stay informed about Salesforce Commerce Cloud updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies. - Recommend and implement improvements to current processes and platform features. - Drive innovation to improve customer experience and boost platform ROI.

Role & Responsibilities - Analyze and design integration and interoperability domain architecture to meet business and IT requirements. - Transform business requirements into scalable and manageable solution architecture and design specifications. - Design architectural concepts for integration implementations, focusing on patterns like encryption, security, logging, throttling, scalability, and clustering. - Prototype and deliver APIs, integrations, and applications in various deployment models (cloud-based, on-premise, or hybrid). - Provide architecture, analysis, build, and testing for MuleSoft integrations. - Design reusable assets, components, frameworks, and processes to support API and integration projects. - Assist the Application Development Manager in ensuring proper response and resolution to issues. - Serve as a trusted advisor and API evangelist, guiding clients toward realizing business outcomes using an API-led strategy with MuleSoft technology. - Act as the Technical Lead for MuleSoft Integration, guiding MuleSoft developers in solution delivery. - Lead high-level design for integration solutions and guide the implementation team in choosing Mule components and design patterns. - Strong working knowledge of API-led architecture and the 3-layered approach to APIs. - Hands-on experience with MuleSoft CloudHub, MUnit, Maven, and CI/CD.
