Workflow automation and integrations: n8n, Zapier, Make, API integration, webhooks, two-way sync, Shopify, Klaviyo, Twilio, Calendly, Airtable, Google Sheets, and custom connections between the tools you already use. AI automation: AI agents, lead scoring, document processing, research, classification, support workflows, and Claude/OpenAI inside an existing business process. What I think matters with this work is everything around the workflow too. What happens if something runs twice? If two systems disagree, which one wins? If an AI agent isn't sure, does it guess or hand it to somebody? If something fails, does anyone know? That's the part I spend a lot of time on. Sometimes the right answer is n8n or AI. Sometimes the software you already own has the feature and just needs to be set up correctly. I care more about fixing the business problem than forcing a particular tool into it. I do this full time and I don't outsource. The person scoping the system with you is the person building it. Most builds are fixed price. For larger or unclear projects, I offer a $650 Systems Audit that maps the process, identifies what I think should change, and gives you the build plan and pricing. I build AI systems for businesses that run on messy operational data. Fifteen years as a real estate broker and mortgage originator before I started building. That matters more than it sounds. When a multifamily operator says delinquency is threatening a profit-share threshold, or an investor needs heir interest traced through probate records, I do not need it explained.
