⭐️MY TYPICAL PROCESS - DEPENDING ON THE PROJECT (ADDIE)⭐️
1. Consult - Initial consultation to discuss needs
2. Analyze - Analyze your existing content
3. Develop - Develop additional content, if needed
4. Create - Create a storyboard to include critical learning components
5. Design - Design a basic elearning template to include branding, colors, fonts, logo, look and feel
6. Develop - Develop the elearning module using your content
7. Review - Review the course online and make your requested edits (typically 3 draft iterations)
8. Finalize - Explore the menu, player, course locking mechanisms, and other module features
9. Publish - Publish the course to SCORM, API, MP4, or to your specific needs
10. Test - Test course in your LMS and then make additional tweaks, if necessary
11. Deploy - Publish the final version, deploy the course in your LMS, and provide final files
12. Recap - Project recap meeting to close out the project and provide feedback

This will allow us to discuss your project in greater detail and ensure that we are a good match. Once we have determined that we are a good match, then we can determine next steps. I am typically available to have these conversations Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m.. - 5:00 p.m. EST. If you need to meet outside of regular business hours, please just let me know and we can make arrangements. Please note that no advice or recommendations will be given during the pre-contract meeting as this is purely project discussion.

Once under contract, we will exchange personal contact information. We can continue to communicate via the Upwork messaging platform or through email, phone, text, Skype, Teams, or your preferred communication method. I also recommend scheduling regular touch base calls in order to keep your project on track. Please also note that I do not accept payment outside of the Upwork platform as all payments must go through Upwork.
REQUIREMENT: PLEASE NOTE THAT I MUST RECEIVE AN UPWORK CONTRACT AND ALL OF YOUR MATERIALS FIRST BEFORE I CAN START WORKING ON YOUR PROJECT.
⭐️KICKOFF MEETING⭐️
Once a contract is in place, we will schedule a formal kickoff meeting with everyone involved in the project. This meeting is typically 1 - 2 hours in length and will help set expectations, communication cadence, timelines, deadlines, and the next steps of the project.
