A GIS (Geographic Information Software) Specialist with 10+ years of work experience with a variety of datasets ranging from vector-based geospatial analysis to multiple sources of imagery interpretation, with various software including ArcGIS, QGIS, and PCI Geomatica. The last several years have been focused on remote sensing interpretation (high resolution air photo, stereoscopic imagery, and mid resolution satellite imagery) to develop final products that are topologically-clean vector datasets. I have ample experience in automating workflows through ArcGIS ModelBuilder as well as Python scripts within Arc and PCI. I am exceptionally detail-oriented and provide technical documentation with every product. My educational background is a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a post-graduate Advanced Diploma in GIS. My interests and specialty in GIS are focused on remote sensing and everything that goes with it, including sourcing imagery, correcting it (whether that be atmospherically or georeferencing images/historical photo), developing vector/raster/cartographic products through classification or digitizing, and outputting a clean deliverable. My secondary interest in GIS is cartography, developing stunning and unique views of the landscape.
