Hello! I am a New Jersey based illustrator/character designer that loves to create dynamic characters and tell stories in a playful, lighthearted way. I execute this with dynamic posing, nuanced color choices, and engaging lighting schemes. I am also experienced in designing assets for social media campaigns, animated gifs, and learning materials for company training sessions. ​ It goes unsaid that art is a huge part of who I am. But it wasn’t always like this. When I was 3-years old I hated art. Miss Robin, my preschool teacher, would apologetically hand my mom whatever art project was assigned for the day. Time after time my mom would be met with a large piece of construction paper with a single line drawn only to reduce my time away from playing power rangers on the playground. I'm an illustrator/Designer with over 20 years experience. I specialize in character design. I have experience in children's book illustrations, logo design, mascot design, toy design, package illustration, video game development, storyboards and T-shirt design. I worked as a designer in the Toy industry for a number of years where I worked on designs for various toy and candy products for Hasbro, Mattel, Playmates, FisherPrice and Mars Candy. My work involved product and character development, turn around technical illustrations for sculpting, full color product illustrations for packaging and presentation, storyboards, and some sculpting and model making. I also worked as a designer for a T-shirt company where I created designs for Children's T-shirts and Collegiate T-shirts for youth and adults. I have done illustrations for 8 children's books and I have done work with over 60 clients across the United States. I have excellent drawing skills and work primarily with Photoshop and Illustrator.
