Conjugate heat transfer, buoyancy-driven flow, multiphase, rotating machinery (MRF), FSI. FEA with documented assumptions: thermal and thermo-structural analysis, factor-of-safety iteration, and material behaviour flagged honestly so the report holds up in an audit. AI for engineering Surrogate models and multi-fidelity co-Kriging that blend many cheap coarse runs with a few expensive fine ones. On server-thermal quantities this cut prediction error by 62 to 67 percent against a single-fidelity model, so you explore thousands of design variants in the time one solver run used to take. Design optimization with genetic algorithms (NSGA-II), parametric sweeps, and knee-point selection wired straight to the solver. Applied AI RAG, agentic workflows, voicebots, information extraction, and evaluation harnesses, all in production settings. A 19-label PII/PCI classifier at 95 percent test accuracy shipped in 6 weeks. An LLM extraction pipeline that structured 1M food-product records at 90 percent field accuracy. A multilingual voice-interview platform running 100+ concurrent sessions across 11 languages at roughly $0.05 per interview. How I work I read the brief before I quote, and I say up front what is inside and outside my experience. Every simulation deliverable includes mesh-independence evidence, documented boundary conditions, and a plain statement of what was not tested. My pipelines run automated verification checks; on one study a checking step caught a sign-convention error before it reached the report. Compute and confidentiality: I run my own 24-core dual-RTX-3090 Linux server with OpenFOAM in Docker and local LLMs. Your geometry and data can stay on hardware I control, or on yours.
