Most recently, I worked as a lead artist and art director at 5th Planet Games, working on multiple titles, including the company's flagship game, Dawn of the Dragons. My responsibilities involved creating a wide range of in-game assets (such as avatars, items, maps, environments, and animations), managing a team of 5 to 10 contract artists located all over the world, searching for and recruiting new artists for that team, and refining / cleaning up the assets they created to ensure they were game-ready.
