If it wins, great, we just proved the hypothesis. But if it loses, we do not just move on. We trace the hypothesis back to the assumption that made it seem true. Then we ask: now that the audience disproved this, what is the better explanation? This is the compounding effect we are looking for. Every experiment proves or rejects one idea. Then the next idea becomes sharper because it is built on what we just learned. Over time, this gives us a clearer path toward the few decisive factors that shape your audience’s decision-making. And the reason I care about those factors is simple: I’m looking for meaningful growth. I’m not here to celebrate a tiny cosmetic improvement. Of course, for some businesses, even a 5% lift can create a serious increase in profit. But my real goal is bigger than that. When the business has the right traffic, sales, and execution capacity, my goal is to help make it twice as big in revenue in a quarter. And this is not wishful thinking.
