I spent 20 years designing accessories, handbags, and leather goods for Alaïa, Paco Rabanne, and Massimo Dutti, where I led accessories collections from first sketch to factory floor. I now work independently through Bye Bye Studio, bringing that same luxury brand experience to founders and brands who need more than a tech pack. What most clients need is a designer who understands how a bag belongs in a collection, how a jewelry piece connects to a brand identity, and how to deliver documents a factory can actually use. Too many founders have lost time and money sending incomplete tech packs to factories and are then stuck with a bad first sample. That does not happen here. Most clients come to me with one of three problems. They have a concept but no idea how to turn it into something a factory can sample. They have existing products but need a designer who can elevate the aesthetic and bring real brand coherence.
