Some of my best work was created while working with another team on a symfony web app. We created a product that allowed call centers to automatically schedule there leads for future calls based on a simple interface and the action they took on that lead. This project had a number of awesome features we built: - Live chat SMS messenger through a third party SMS service API. Users could chat with there leads using a chat system we built that would deliver messages to the leads cell phone as well as retrieve any messages that they responded too. Custom actions that users could create for there interface which had user defined rules and outcomes. - Hooked into Symphony to track any database record changes in a separate “history” table. This allowed us to debug when things went wrong in our webapp when users were saving data into the database- or when there were issues between the user and keyboard! It helped us quite a bit during bug tickets to determine how things actually occurred. - Created a user creatable & editable ‘cadence’ that would transition leads down the call pipeline and schedule when there calls should be made.
