(on a vacation break from July 28th till August 30th) Problems people bring to therapy aren't new. They've usually been repeating them for years, just in a different forms. Most have already tried to fix it on their own - books, self-help videos, even therapy - but something keeps pulling them back to it, and they can't figure out why. In over 10 years of clinical work, I've found that the problems that keep repeating are usually unconscious. My approach is psychodynamic, which means through conversation we look for the hidden root causes of what you're struggling with. I don't just hand out exercises or work only on managing symptoms. I help you understand what drives them, so the change holds over time. The problems I most often work with: - Anxiety and panic attacks - Depression - Social anxiety - Pornography addiction - Stress management - Low self-esteem and self-confidence - Recurring relationship patterns Whatever brings you in, it's usually the surface.
