⭐️ 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁-𝗩𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 | 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭% 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗽𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 5 years of government-focused positioning for Spire Global. 10 years of consulting across energy, agriculture, climate tech, and corporate sustainability. I help science and technology-led companies turn complex capability into positioning that wins customers, partners, and funding. Some sell satellites, sensors, or Earth data. Some build climate, energy, or environmental technology. Some run sustainability and ESG programs inside much larger organizations. The common thread is a business whose value is real, hard to explain, and easy to undersell. I am the person figuring out what the capability is worth, who realistically buys it, and how to make that case to a customer, a partner, or a funder. My background is in environmental science. I can read the technical work, follow the assumptions underneath it, and build strategy that stays grounded in what the science actually supports. 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 My training and my center of gravity. Climate adaptation and resilience, emissions and carbon accounting, environmental monitoring, ecosystem and natural-resource management, and the science-to-policy translation that sits underneath most climate-tech claims. That training gives me judgment about which claims are worth leading with and which ones will not survive a hard question from a funder, regulator, or technical buyer. 𝗢𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 One part of the practice, run through Boundless Blue, my ocean conservation consultancy. I work with marine technology companies, blue-economy ventures, research groups, conservation programs, and NGOs on commercialization, partnerships, funding strategy, and positioning. The recurring questions are which use cases are credible, which funders and implementation partners actually fit, and what it takes to move a program from concept to funded execution. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 Earth observation and geospatial intelligence • Satellite, aerospace, and deep tech • Climate tech, climate adaptation, and environmental technology • Energy and renewable energy • Sustainability and ESG • Government-facing technology markets • Ocean tech, marine conservation, and blue economy • Sensing, monitoring, and forecasting platforms 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗗𝗼 • Messaging and market positioning • Commercialization strategy and use-case prioritization • Market research, competitive analysis, and market sizing • Partnership and ecosystem mapping • Government-market positioning and public-sector go-to-market • Executive thought leadership and technical content • Sustainability and ESG strategy and reporting • Grant and funding strategy for environmental and research organizations Hire me when you need to decide where the real market is or which segments are actually worth pursuing. I also help teams work out how to enter government markets, which partners deserve the effort, and how to commercialize something complex without dumbing it down for the buyer. ✅ Message me with the market, the audience, and the decision you're working through.
