Some careers are chosen, and some are shaped by the moments that test our courage. For me, the turning point came early in my legal journey, when I realized that law wasn't just about interpretation — it was about protecting people, creating fairness, and standing up for what is right in the workplace.
Over seven years as an Advocate of the High Court, combined with five years as an Employment Relations Officer embedded within the horticulture and manufacturing sectors, I have built a practice grounded in exactly that conviction. I currently run a law firm that handles employment matters, family law, and personal injury claims — three areas of law that sit closest to people's real lives, where the stakes are personal, the emotions are high, and the need for a steady, knowledgeable hand is greatest. That breadth of practice has given me a rare perspective: I understand how legal disputes begin within organizations, how they escalate, and what it takes to resolve them — whether at the
negotiating table or before a court.
I have worked on the ground, inside large and fast-paced operations where labour relations are layered, workforce numbers are high, and the cost of getting it wrong is very real. That experience taught me something that years of legal study alone never could — that the distance between a written policy and a lived workplace reality is where most problems begin, and where the right adviser can make all the difference.
Across legal firms, compliance departments, and HR functions, I have supported cases from discovery to final resolution, handled disputes, drafted policies, advised leadership, and guided teams through organizational change. Each of those experiences, whether in a boardroom or on a factory floor, strengthened my commitment to employee relations, justice, and building workplaces where people feel genuinely protected and heard.
My work has always blended legal expertise with people-centred thinking. I investigate issues, interpret policies, resolve conflicts, and design systems that give equal regard to compliance and employee well-being. Whether I am building a compliance management framework from scratch, rewriting an employee handbook that has quietly stopped reflecting reality, or walking a manager through a sensitive disciplinary matter, my goal never changes — clarity, fairness, and integrity in every step of the process.
Today, I am expanding my practice into the remote space, offering virtual legal support, HR case coordination, compliance assistance, and administrative support to organizations that value structure, alignment, and professionalism. With over seven years of legal practice, five years of hands-on employment relations experience across high-volume industries, and a running law firm handling employment, family, and personal injury matters, I bring something that most advisers offer separately but rarely together — the legal rigour of a practising advocate and the operational instinct of someone who has sat inside the very environments they advise on.
I believe every employee deserves fairness, and every organization deserves clear, ethical guidance. That is the work I am committed to, one policy, one case, one conversation at a time.

I am an experienced Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a certified Mediator with over three years of professional legal experience since 2022. My practice has given me extensive experience in managing complex legal matters, from drafting pleadings and motions to handling negotiations, conducting legal research, and providing strategic advice to clients. I have successfully represented clients in contentious matters while also guiding them through out-of-court dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration.
Driven by a passion for delivering client-centered and solution-oriented legal services, I am seeking freelance or contract opportunities where I can leverage my skills to support a dynamic legal team while expanding my portfolio on an international scale.

My goal is to bring efficiency, clarity, and excellence to every matter I work on while promoting access to justice for diverse and vulnerable communities.
