May 2023 to July 2024: Under The SaaSy People, I worked as an Expert Consultant in Zendesk and monday.com solutions. This work involved training in and receiving certification as expert consultant in both the Zendesk and monday.com platforms. As a Zendesk consultant I was responsible for designing, building, and configuring Zendesk solutions for a number of clients from across the Middle East, UK and America. This included creating Zendesk instances from scratch, setting up the brands, organizations, forms, users, and groups for Zendesk Support, as well as setting up and configuring Zendesk Talk with automated voice messages. I also worked on creating reports using Zendesk Explore, and was involved in setting up and configuring Zendesk Sell. A number of these solutions involved configuring API calls for communication with third party platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams. As a monday.com consultant I was responsible for designing, building, and configuring monday.com solutions for a sizable number of clients from a similar region. This included creating monday.com instances from scratch, setting up boards and solutions for clients in the fields of veterinary care, carpeting, software development, corporate reporting, property management, show organization, etc. for the purposes of event management, sales funnels, marketing campaigns, letting management, agile project management, etc. The solutions I developed included various monday.com products such as Work Management, CRM, and Dev. From December 2022 to May 2023: Under The SaaSy People, I worked with a number of different clients. The main client was a privacy security platform. This role involved handling customer queries related to product information, sales, billing, and technical support via email, online chat, and Discord channels. I also wrote articles related to this product, created and ran regular Zendesk reports on customer feedback and interaction, updated statistics on Google Sheets, and produced troubleshooting guides. I created animated gifs for these articles on Canva. I also used the Zendesk platform for another client in the field of satellite TV. I worked on the Intercom platform for other clients in the field of nursing home care, and market-related surveys. These roles involved resolving customers’ questions related to billing, sales, and technical support. I also handled live customer inbound phone calls for a shopping catalogue company, and another company that provided a luxury limousine taxi service in London.
