Me and photography - we go way back. Over more than 10 years I have been working as a photographer both freelancing and in-house and my path has taken me through different challenges that I have learned to tackle with professionalism and attention to details. Time passed and I developed an interest in motion pictures, as well. I fell in love with the complexity be it editing, shooting or colour grading - to me all is mesmerising. Photography background gave me everything necessary to have a quick start: composition, lighting, visual storytelling, colour corrections... you name it! With all that said, I must add that I am proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Sony's Capture One Pro. When I'm editing I jump to Davinci Resolve depending on what is needed. I have been working with Photoshop since 1998. I used to work as a graphic designer - preparing posters, books, and magazines for pre-print. I worked with Quark Express, Illustrator, and CorelDraw as well. Since 2001 I started working as a video editor. I used to edit in Premiere Pro and Sony Vegas. I did some 2D animations and VFX in After Effect. For the last 11 years, I have been working as a photo retoucher - family photos, portraits, newborns, maternity, boudoir, models, etc. Some of the projects were to grade landscape images and edit interior photos. I work with Lightroom and Photoshop. For the last year, my new challenge is learning and working with DaVinci Resolve. I took BM training courses for editing and grading.
