B2B Cold Email Expert Needed – Lead Generation & Meeting Booking

We are looking for an experienced Cold Email Specialist to help generate qualified sales meetings for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other B2B service businesses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and managing cold email campaigns from start to finish, including deliverability, lead sourcing, campaign management, and optimization. Experience working with MSPs, IT services, cybersecurity companies, SaaS businesses, or similar B2B service providers is a strong advantage. Responsibilities: • Set up and manage cold email campaigns • Configure and monitor email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain health, inbox placement) • Upload and manage prospect lists • Write and optimize cold email copy and follow-up sequences • Monitor campaign performance and make improvements based on data • Generate qualified sales meetings for clients • Provide regular performance reports Requirements: • Proven experience running successful cold email campaigns • Strong understanding of email deliverability • Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms • Ability to write effective B2B cold email copy • Experience generating leads and booking meetings • Strong communication skills and attention to detail When applying, please include: 1.
