We are a growing luxury transportation company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support lead generation, prospect research, outreach preparation, and CRM management. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B lead generation, online research, and business development support. Responsibilities • Research potential business partners and clients • Build and maintain prospect lists • Identify companies and key decision-making roles • Update and organize CRM records • Assist with outreach campaigns • Track lead generation activity and results • Schedule follow-up reminders and appointments • Support business development projects as assigned Preferred Industries Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: • Transportation • Travel • Hospitality • Aviation • Luxury services • Corporate services Requirements • Strong English communication skills • Excellent internet research abilities • Experience with lead generation or business development support • Familiarity with CRM software • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Tools • HubSpot • Pipedrive • Salesforce • Apollo • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Google Workspace What We’re Looking For We value initiative, organization, and consistency.
