Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter Needed — 5% Commission for Remodeling Growth Agency We are looking for confident English-speaking cold callers / appointment setters to help us book qualified calls with remodeling company owners. We run a growth agency that works specifically with remodelers. We help remodeling companies grow, improve profit, attract better projects, and fix what is holding the business back. This is NOT a generic “sell leads to contractors” offer. Your role: * Call remodeling companies from our provided lead lists * Use our script and objection-handling process * Start real conversations with business owners * Qualify whether they are a good fit * Book them for a free Growth Blueprint call with our team * Log call notes and outcomes properly * Create a clean handoff after the call is booked Compensation: This is a commission-based role. You will earn 5% commission on every client that closes from your booked appointment. Our average client value is around $3,000/month. That means each client you help close can be worth around $150/month in commission to you. The goal is to stack multiple clients over time. If you help close 5 clients, that is around $750/month in commission. If you help close 10 clients, that is around $1,500/month in commission. Commission is paid only after the client pays. Training provided: * Short video training course * Script walkthrough * Objection handling * Ideal prospect breakdown * Booking and handoff process * One live roleplay/certification call before you start calling Requirements: * Must speak clear, fluent English * Must be confident on the phone * Must be comfortable cold calling business owners * Must be coachable and willing to follow our process * Must be organized with notes and follow-up * Must be comfortable with commission-based pay * Sales or appointment-setting experience is preferred, but not required if you are hungry and coachable This is best for someone who wants upside and is willing to make a high volume of calls. Expected calling volume: * 100 dials per day * 6 days per week preferred * Calls must be logged properly
