Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven SDR/BDR freelancer to help generate qualified meetings for a growing RevOps and CRM consulting agency. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their outbound abilities and enjoys working in a performance-driven environment where strong outreach can lead to strong earnings. You’ll be responsible for sourcing prospects, running outbound outreach, and booking qualified meetings with potential clients (primarily B2B SaaS companies). If you know how to build pipeline and consistently book meetings, we want to talk. What You'll Be Doing • Sourcing and identifying qualified leads • Running outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Sending LinkedIn connection requests and prospecting messages • Researching target accounts and decision makers • Booking qualified meetings on our calendar • Helping keep outbound campaigns organized and optimized Ideal Experience • SDR/BDR or lead generation experience in B2B sales • Experience selling or prospecting for agencies or SaaS companies • Familiarity with RevOps, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketing Ops is a strong plus • Experience using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, Seamless, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Strong written communication and clear English Our Process You'll be joining an established outbound motion with: Defined ICPs Messaging framework Existing lead sources CRM and outbound tools already in place We're looking for someone who can execute consistently while also bringing ideas to improve campaigns as we scale. Potential Compensation • Commission: $75–$150 per qualified meeting booked
