Candidate Management for Executive Search projects in Italy I run a boutique international executive search firm working across the EMEA region, supporting Fortune 500 as well as fast-scaling deeptech companies in their search for key talent. To ensure smooth candidate journeys and thorough market research, I am looking for a reliable freelance assistant who can support me with candidate communication (primarily via email and calls) and follow-ups. If intrested, we can expand the role to include other tasks, such as targeted research. Key Responsibilities: * Reach out to candidates for follow up & appointment setting * Send out tailored email communication to potential candidates * Follow up professionally to ensure timely responses and next steps * Support with candidate management via zoho recruit, LinkMatch, etc. * Potentially: Conduct research to identify potential candidate profiles or companies in defined markets (LinkedIn, company websites, news, calls for mapping purposes) What You’ll Need: * Native or fluent Italian (professional tone, clarity, and polish) * Excellent written & spoken English (professional tone, clarity, and polish) * Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through * Confidence in working independently and timely communication with me * Ability to set priorities * Experience in customer service (a plus, but not a must) What You’ll Get: A flexible, remote freelance role (starting with 5–10 hours/week, with room to grow) Close collaboration with a senior search advisor Opportunity to learn more about high-level recruitment and cross-border talent mapping Autonomy in a results-oriented setup Tone & Trust: Discretion and reliability are key.
