LinkedIn DM Outbound Specialist

LinkedIn Outbound Specialist (Part-Time, Remote) We're a £7M ARR B2B SaaS marketing agency looking for a sharp, detail-oriented outbound specialist to manage and grow pipeline through our founder's LinkedIn account. This is not a mass outreach role. Every message you send needs to sound like it came from a real person who actually read the prospect's profile. Quality over volume, always. What you'll be doing: Working inside our founder's LinkedIn account daily, you'll be responsible for starting genuine conversations with senior marketers and SaaS founders, sending relevant content and podcast episodes, inviting prospects to webinars and breakfast events, following up manually with webinar and event attendees, and booking strategy calls directly into the founder's calendar. Who you are: You've done this before. You understand B2B, you can write in someone else's voice convincingly, you're organised enough to manage a list of 50-100 active conversations without dropping the ball, and you don't need hand-holding. What good looks like: 5-10 genuine conversations started per day. At least 2 strategy calls booked per week within the first month.
