Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive with demonstrated expertise in the healthcare industry to lead client acquisition and business growth initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive healthcare client acquisition Identify, target, and engage potential healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, providers, and healthcare organizations) Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, outbound sales, and networking efforts Manage the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and long-term partnerships Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the healthcare sector Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, OR demonstrated expertise of obtaining results 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in healthcare or related industries Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads) Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and ability to work independently and meet sales targets and KPIs Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare providers, medical services, or health tech companies Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Background in B2B sales and marketing Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools Key Skills Lead Generation & Conversion Healthcare Marketing Strategy B2B Sales & Business Development Client Relationship Management Digital Marketing & Campaign Optimization Market Research & Competitive Analysis Communication & Negotiation Performance Metrics (KPIs) Number of qualified leads generated Client acquisition rate Revenue growth Conversion rate (lead to client) Customer retention rate ROI on marketing campaigns Work Setup Remote Full-time / Contract Compensation Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives/commission Dynamic fast-paced culture Opportunity to have significant impact and substantially grow with the company Company games and virtual happy hours with company paid appetizers and beverages
