Part-Time HR & Payroll Administrator (Gusto Experience Required)

We are a five-person furniture e-commerce company seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to support our team approximately 3–5 hours per week. We already use Gusto and are not looking to change payroll providers. Responsibilities include: Weekly payroll processing in Gusto PTO and holiday administration Employee onboarding and offboarding Maintaining employee records Basic HR compliance and documentation Assisting with employee questions This is an ongoing, long-term relationship. We are looking for someone who will become familiar with our team and business—not a large HR firm or bookkeeping service. Requirements: Hands-on Gusto experience Experience supporting small businesses (5–25 employees) Strong HR administration skills Excellent communication and organization Able to work independently
