Real Estate Acquisition Manager

We're looking for an experienced real estate acquisitions professional to take qualified inbound seller leads from first contact to a signed purchase agreement. We generate and provide the leads. Your responsibility is to respond quickly, primarily by phone, build rapport with homeowners, evaluate each opportunity using ARV, comps, repair estimates, and MAO, negotiate favorable terms, and manage consistent follow-up through phone calls, text messages, and email until each opportunity is either under contract or no longer active. Who We're Looking For -Proven experience in residential real estate acquisitions or wholesaling. -Excellent phone communication and negotiation skills. -Ability to analyze properties using ARV, comps, repair estimates, and MAO. -Strong follow-up skills with a focus on converting opportunities into signed contracts. -Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently. -Professional, reliable, and results-driven. -Able to respond promptly to inbound seller leads during agreed working hours. Compensation We're looking for a long-term partner who enjoys working in a results-driven environment and takes pride in closing high-quality deals. This is a flexible, performance-based 1099 contractor opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. Compensation includes: -Payment for each qualified inbound lead managed from first contact until the opportunity is either under contract or no longer active. -Bonuses for signed contracts that meet our acquisition criteria. -A percentage of net profit on successfully closed deals. -Additional performance incentives for exceptional results. Initially, you'll work the inbound leads we generate as they come in. As our lead volume grows, there is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship and expand your role.
