We need a marketing + lead follow‑up specialist to help fill multiple apartment vacancies across Renton, Tukwila, and Richland (WA). Your role is to run targeted Meta and Google ads, respond quickly to incoming leads, pre‑screen basic criteria, and book tours on our shared calendar. My team or local leasing agents will handle the actual showings, applications, and leases. This is an ongoing monthly role focused on generating qualified leads and converting them into booked tours. You must be comfortable managing ads, messaging leads, sending property info, and keeping the pipeline active every day. Fast response times and clear communication are essential. You will handle: Meta + Google ads (setup, creatives, optimization) Geo‑fenced campaigns for each city Instant lead forms + auto‑reply setup Lead follow‑up within 5–10 minutes Pre‑screening (income, move‑in date, pets) Sending property details Booking tours directly onto our calendar Light post‑tour follow‑up Weekly reporting (leads → tours → apps) We handle: Tours Applications Screening Lease signing Looking for someone reliable, organized, and experienced with rental marketing or real estate lead generation.
