Summary

We are a software development team specializing in custom web applications, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, CRM solutions, mobile applications, and API development using technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Laravel, PostgreSQL, and AWS. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive or Sales Representative who can generate qualified leads and help us acquire new clients. Responsibilities Find potential clients who need software development services. Generate qualified leads. Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, or other channels. Schedule meetings with interested clients. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities. Coordinate with our technical team during the sales process. Requirements Experience in B2B sales or lead generation. Good communication skills in English. Experience selling IT services is a strong advantage. Ability to generate leads independently. Payment This is a performance-based role. You will be paid for every successful client you bring. Compensation includes: Commission on every closed project. Additional bonuses for long-term clients. The exact commission structure will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
