Account Manager (Remote) We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Account Manager to support school and team customers throughout the United States. This role focuses on building relationships, conducting Zoom meetings, responding to emails and phone calls, guiding customers through online fundraising and spirit wear programs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent spoken and written English, strong customer service and communication skills, experience working with U.S.-based clients, and is comfortable managing multiple accounts while using CRM systems in a fast-paced remote environment.
