----- ## Job Title Sales Closer for Warm Inbound Leads - Ecommerce Service ($249 Offer) ----- ## Job Description We’re a done-for-you Shopify store building service. We generate warm leads through social media ads - people who’ve already expressed interest in starting an online store and have given us their contact details. We need a closer to call these leads, walk them through our offer, and close the sale. This is NOT cold calling. Every lead has raised their hand and asked to learn more. Your job is to call them quickly, build rapport, answer their questions, handle objections, and guide them to a yes. Our offer is a complete done-for-you Shopify store for $249. When you reach leads and have real conversations, our close rate is strong - the challenge is simply speed and consistency of follow-up. ----- ## What You’ll Do - Call new leads within 5 minutes of them coming in (speed is critical) - Send a quick intro text before calling to warm up the contact - Follow our proven call script and objection-handling guide - Make 3 follow-up attempts per lead across different times if they don’t answer - Send a payment link to close the sale on the call - Log every call outcome in a shared Google Sheet - Send a follow-up email to leads who need more time ----- ## What We’re Looking For - Fluent, natural spoken English with a clear, friendly phone manner - Previous experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or closing (ideally for offers in the $50-500 range) - Comfortable with consultative selling - we are NOT looking for high-pressure tactics - Familiarity with ecommerce, Shopify, or dropshipping is a strong plus (but we’ll train you on the product) - Reliable, punctual, and responsive - you must be available to call leads quickly during your working hours - Organized - you’ll track leads and outcomes accurately ----- ## Hours & Availability We generate leads throughout the day and need fast follow-up. Please tell us: - Your time zone - The hours you’re available to take/make calls - Whether you can cover evenings and weekends (when many of our leads come in) We’re flexible on structure - this could be part-time to start, scaling to more hours as volume grows. ----- ## Compensation We offer a base hourly rate plus commission per closed sale.
