Sales Representative Needed | B2B Sales Rep

Job Type: Full-time / Remote Salary: Monthly Base (Based on Experience) + Commission Schedule: Monday to Friday Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calling and outbound sales outreach to generate new leads. -Develop and maintain relationships with clients across multiple industries. Identify and qualify potential customers through various sales channels. -Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals. -Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention. -Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes. -Track and manage sales activity using CRM tools. -Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: -Proven experience in sales, regardless of industry (B2B, B2C, technology, consumer products, manufacturing, etc.). -Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -Experience with cold calling and lead generation. -Ability to adapt sales strategies based on industry and client needs. -Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting. -Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software. -Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. -Experience in consultative or solution-based sales is preferred but not required.
