We're looking for a confident, engaging, and trustworthy TikTok Live Host to help introduce our products, educate viewers, answer questions, and drive sales during live shopping events. About The Role You'll be the face of our TikTok Lives, helping viewers discover our products and understand how they fit into a simple, barrier-supportive skincare routine. This role combines: • Live selling • Product education • Community engagement • Customer Q&A • Wellness and skincare conversations Our goal is never to pressure people into buying. We focus on education, trust, and helping people make informed decisions. Responsibilities • Host TikTok Live shopping events • Demonstrate products and routines • Explain product benefits clearly and confidently • Answer customer questions live • Keep viewers engaged and participating • Encourage conversions during live events • Learn and communicate Scrachee's brand philosophy and product line We're Looking For Someone Who Is: • Fluent in Spanish • Extremely comfortable on camera • Energetic and engaging • Confident speaking live without a script • Naturally persuasive without sounding salesy • Interested in skincare, wellness, or sensitive skin • Reliable and professional • Willing to learn our products in depth Bonus Points • Experience hosting TikTok Shop Lives • Experience with live selling • Experience in beauty, wellness, skincare, or health • Personal experience with eczema or sensitive skin • Background in customer service or sales Compensation • Hourly pay • Performance-based commission on live sales • Product training provided • Products provided for demonstrations and personal use
