We are looking for a Senior B2B Lead Generation Specialist (US-West Coast/Central based))

The lead generator must provide a highly accurate excel spreadsheet with: 1. companies by name in CA, 2. street address, 3. city, 4. zip code, 5. main company phone number, 6. estimated building size in sq ft (20,000+ only), 7. industry type, 8. key executives names and job titles from a target list such as operations, facilities or general manager working at that specific company location (not at other company locations) , 9. direct phone number or extension, 10. work email address. The expert needs to be able to pull data from multiple sources such as commercial business databases, public records, LinkedIn and tools such as Cleanlist, Apollo, Zoominfo, Seamless, RocketReach, Cognism, Sales Navigator or similar platforms to provide an up to date list of the above. Since a single source does not provide the complete, accurate and up-to-date information, being able to complete all the data fields requires working with information from several sources. The executives are going to be contacted via cold calling at active phone numbers and information emails. Therefore up to date quality and accuracy of information are critical. The lead generator must identify every company in each zip code that is bigger than 20,000 sq ft+ and will provide spreadsheets when a specific zip code or city is completed. It will be reviewed for accuracy, completeness, correct executive-location matching, valid work email address, correct direct phone number or extensions and duplicate record. The lead generator must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and be proficient in Excel. To apply, be prepared to provide: 1.
