We’re a fast-growing fitness app brand in the UK + USA with one clear goal: genuinely helping people with losing weight and getting in shape. Our paid social is scaling fast, and we’re hiring an AI video specialist to consistently create super realistic UGC-style video ads that win on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). And will probably become full-time. What you’ll do • Create ultra-realistic UGC-style ads • Build variants fast. • Collaborate with our strategist + design team to align visuals with messaging and offers Who you are • You understand what makes UGC feel real: casting, lighting, cadence, micro-expressions, camera imperfections • Strong performance instincts: hooks, storytelling, pacing, clarity, retention • Fast turnaround, high attention to detail, organized file/project handling • Comfortable working in English • Autonomous, reliable, and genuinely open to feedback Tools you’ll use (must be familiar) • Higgsfield / Kie • Sora 2 Pro • Kling 3.0 • Nana Banana Pro • Topaz (for upscale/cleanup) (Plus our usual collaboration stack: Slack / Frame.io or similar review tools.)
