I’m looking for someone experienced with n8n, workflow automation, and AI integrations to help automate and improve our HR operations. We already have an HR system in place, but many processes are still manual. I’m not from a technical background, so I need someone who can first understand our current workflows, recommend better approaches, and then build the automations with me. The goal is to reduce repetitive HR tasks, improve internal processes, and create reliable workflows using tools like n8n, APIs, AI tools, and existing business applications.
